As a registered Insolvency Professional and CAIIB-certified expert, he has managed portfolios exceeding ₹4,000 crore while maintaining 100% collection efficiency, most recently pioneering digital lending solutions for dairy farmers at Animal Technologies.

During his prior tenure at Dvara E Dairy, John designed groundbreaking cattle financing products and identity systems. His return marks a strategic phase to scale these innovations, combining his unique blend of engineering acumen and financial expertise to strengthen rural credit ecosystems.

A proven leader at ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and Jana Small Finance Bank, John specializes in:  Agri-focused risk management, both Collateral and collateral-free lending models,Digital financial inclusion, Distressed asset resolution (IBBI-certified).
